My Project

I work with 32 English Learners in grades 6-8 at Morrell Park Elementary/Middle School. My students work very hard to learn and come from many different backgrounds. I pull my students for small groups to work on skills such as reading comprehension.

My students have been using folders that are made from paper and they often fall apart.

Plastic folders would be so helpful as they are more durable. My students would also like to use the gel pens to make their writing more creative and will use the white-out to correct errors.
