This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are low to medium income and do not have much educational experience before starting school. I have 16 students in my kindergarten classroom. This is my second year teaching and I am looking to acquire more materials for my classroom.

My Project

I really like flexible seating but currently do not have any seats for my kindergarten students. Flexible seating allows students to move without being disrupting over students.

I would love to have the tablets in my classroom so I can have virtual centers in the classroom.

Students do not consistently bring back their laptops so this would be a welcome addition to my classroom. I still want them to experience these centers to help improve their reading and math skills.
