My Project

The materials I have selected will help with hands-on projects like creating posters to help students reinforce learning by summarizing topics visually. Visual aids help ESL students express ideas. The laminator will help create resources like classroom word walls, phonics charts, and frequently-used worksheets. This allows students to revisit key materials repeatedly without wear and tear, promoting long-term retention. The books requested are tailored to different proficiency levels of English and encourages regular reading practice.

The goals for my project are to create a dynamic and interactive learning environment where students can engage deeply with English.

In my classroom we value creativity and teamwork through hands-on projects, as well as ensuring ESL materials are accessible, organized, and reusable.

Our ESL students bring incredible diversity, resilience, and curiosity to the classroom. Many of them are navigating the challenges of adapting to a new language and culture while demonstrating a remarkable eagerness to learn. Each student carries a unique story that enriches our community. Providing them with the right tools will empower them to overcome language barriers and build confidence in their abilities to succeed academically and personally.
