Materials for Emerging Writers

Help me give my students materials to support emerging writers. This sand tray and primary lined chart paper will support the work with our youngest students.

My Project

My students come to school every day ready to learn and grow. These materials will help with our small group individualized instruction for our youngest readers and writers.

In my kindergarten class, 10 out of fourteen students are bilingual or multilingual.

They all want to express what their thoughts and ideas, and these materials will help support their development.

Our students are learning Mandarin Chinese at the same time as English, and can benefit from extra support in forming letters and words. They will also benefit from being able to see additional visual supports during small group time.
