My Project

The students in my class are hands-on learners. The books and activities that we use in class need to be adapted so that students can interact and show what they know about what they are learning. We need Velcro, laminating sheets, and organizing envelopes to create and organize the materials. These materials will allow the students to access the curriculum in whole group and center time.

The materials will help create activities for reading, math, and independent work.

I will be using the materials to adapt books, make sorting mats, and match books. I will also be creating take-home books for the students to be able to practice what they are learning at home with their families.
