My Students

I have grades K-5 as a school librarian. I am continually working on increasing the love of learning in all of my students: anything from how to find books within the library system to lessons that go with popular read-aloud books while in the library.

They only get a limited time in the library and I want to make it as enjoyable of an experience as possible.

I encourage all of my students to find books that they will enjoy and help encourage them to read.

My Project

Some of our students show up to school and either have forgotten their mask or have one that breaks at some point during the day. It is important for students to be able to concentrate on their learning and not whether they have a mask or not.

During these times of COVID-19 the last thing we want is for students to have to worry about whether they have a mask or not at school.

By having a nice supply of masks on hand it will help ensure that our students that need a mask for the day or a new mask if one breaks to be able to have access to a correct fitting mask so they can concentrate on their academics.
