Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I have bright, cheery, wonderful students who need a chance to catch up in Reading skills. These students need more Early Literacy support. Most of my students are Hispanic/Mexican and Native American. However we have a mixture of all cultures at our school.

My Project

Everyday I inspire students to read to succeed! We practice everyday but are lacking in appropriate Leveled reader books. These students are so eager to learn and are motivated to reach their reading goals. However, Covid affected our ability to be at school and students were not able to practice everyday. We are now catching up. These books are sure to help students stay motivated to read and succeed.
