My Students

Experience is everything in life. We would love our band students to experience the thrill of marching in a parade. We are in need of the tools to do so. The students are excited to come to band and with these tools we will be able to get out and have real life experiences.

Our students are eager to learn every minute of the day.

Our band students want to have band every day. They love playing their instruments and playing for their parents at the winter concert and spring concert. Our students are from a broad socioeconomic background. They come together with one common goal and that is to make great music together.

My Project

This coming school year it is our goal to march in 3 local parades. The first parade takes place in October. The others are in February and May. With these marching lyres we can be a part of all 3 of these. We can also be part of other community events. These materials will enrich the lives of these students and many more for years to come. Marching Lyres and Folders give students the opportunity to mount their music and march will reading the music. The Lyres mount easily to the instrument and the folders mount on to the lyre. The marching lyre and folder will open up many more performance opportunities for our band.

These donations will impact these children and every child that walks into band for the next 100 years.

This would equal thousands of lives. Children can look back and say remember when we were in 4th or 5th grade and we marched in that parade. These donations will help children have many different experiences. These experiences will happen as their parents watch with pride. Families will get together. Communities will get together. These students will be impacting many lives.
