This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Working with children with autism in a school setting requires careful planning, patience, and a deep understanding of their unique needs. To create a safe, comfortable, and supportive learning environment, I rely on essential resources such as cleaning products, snacks and classroom activities These items are not just conveniences—they are necessities that contribute to the health, well-being, and success of my students. Providing them with a clean, hygienic space and nourishing snacks helps address their sensory sensitivities, supports their daily routines, and ensures they feel safe and cared for throughout the school day. Regular cleaning and sanitization of desks, chairs, toys, and shared materials help prevent the spread of illnesses and keep my students safe from infections. Reducing Sensory

Managing Spills and Accidents – Some of my students struggle with motor skills and coordination, leading to frequent spills and accidents.

Whether it’s food, drinks, or classroom materials, cleaning products like disinfectant wipes, paper towels, and gentle soaps allow me to quickly address messes, preventing distractions and maintaining order.
