My Students

My students love to learn each day. By supporting this project, you will be fostering their love of learning. Please help us to make math fun!

I have a classroom full of energetic, enthusiastic first graders who are eager to learn and experiment with math problem solving.

My students attend a title one school in an urban setting. The students in my classroom are striving to be the best they can be and we call ourselves the super scholars.

My Project

The resources requested will help make learning in the classroom a hands-on, engaging experience for my students. When we bring real-world problem solving to the students, they will become real-world problem solvers. But, this can not be done with just paper and pencil. I am requesting these materials to help my students become better problem solvers and in the process they will develop the understanding that there is more than one way to solve any one problem. We just have to think about the solution.

My students and I are looking forward to your support of our project.
