Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hands-on Learning is essential in my classroom and allows my students the chance to better understand new content. The students in my class are very varied learners and by differentiating and offering hands-on materials I am best able to meet their needs. Seeing the students use the hands-on materials allows me as the teacher to engage more fully with students as they are working through a concept. It allows for students to explore in a more fun way thus allowing students to take more chances and initiative in their learning. Through the use of the Cricut, I will be able to personalize lessons and make materials that will directly benefit my students. By targeting students' needs and goals I am best able to help them build upon their math fluency.

By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student engagement and focus, but you will also ultimately help to increase their achievements and confidence in math.
