Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Every day our high school students come to the library and give their requests for reading manga. I included the requests from our students in 100% of this project. Our students are loving the options in the library as our Manga options are growing, but not fast enough! These books are so astonishingly popular among our students and our school library supply is so low, it is difficult to keep up with the demand. We need to replenish and add to our library collection to meet the demands of all of these voracious readers and specifically for our English language learners. We have hungry students every day, therefore we are requesting some snacks while they read in the library.
