Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I want my students to feel excited to be a part of science when they're in my classroom. When I teach them about the history of life, they need to be able to touch a fossil and hold it in their hands. When they step foot in my classroom, they need to feel that they have entered a laboratory. This will set their learning space apart from any other classroom and give them the mindset needed to succeed!

Students need to EXPERIENCE science to BECOME scientists!

By supplying these items for my classroom, you will help my students get motivated to learn. Visual and tactile processing aid student learning by engaging different parts of the mind. In addition, students will develop socially in the science classroom as they learn with the excitement of being there.
