My Project

My students come from a mix of backgrounds.

Someone always needs something that they forgot to bring or just don't have.

To make things a bit easier on them, I am requesting the most often needed items. This includes things like pens, pencils and erasers, looseleaf paper, binders and calculators.

Some of our families just can't afford the supplies requested each year. In particular, calculators are a necessity for my class and the majority of students show up to class without their own. Though I have some which can be borrowed, there are times where demand exceeds supply. For tests, especially, they really need to have their own calculator to use so I have asked for a class set.

Every year there are students whose binders inevitably fail and fall apart. My goal this year will be to gift each student their own binder for my class. Hopefully with these supplies, my students will stress a bit less about what they may need and focus on their learning. Thank you for your support!
