My children really love to publish their own books. They have asked me on numerous occasions if we could make our own "real" books. This is impossible without costing me an arm and a leg. I would like my children to receive a book binding machine. This machine would allow my students to put their works of writing into book form. This would not only make my students happy but I can see the benefits extending to their parents and administration of my school. I teach 2nd graders in Brooklyn NY and this is my 2nd year of teaching. This gift would be used for many more classes to come. With this machine I will also be able to share it with many other teachers in my school. I really hope that this proposal can be funded so that I can see the smiles on my children's faces when they see their finished product.
