My Project

All students want to come to school ready to learn! However, that is not the reality for a lot of kids. Many students come to school tired, hungry, and needing to feel special. My project aims to help all students feel comfortable and happy in our class. I am asking for flexible seating options so that students can learn in a way that is best for them. Whether that be at a desk or on the floor with a cushion, students need to feel comfortable in order to fully engage and comprehend. An easel with wheels will allow me to meet my student where they are in the room. Baskets an command hooks will make it easier for them to access materials, no matter where they are in the room. Lastly, dominos will allow students to take brain breaks when they are needing a short break from learning.
