Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My kindergarten students are the newest learners to our school community. Many of these young students have never stepped foot inside a classroom. These students come from a community of diverse learners and from many different social and cultural backgrounds.

These students come to us eager and excited to learn everyday!

I would love to provide them with an environment that fosters a love of learning!

My Project

With the help of this flexible seating and independent work spaces, my students will not only be provided with a fun and comfortable space that promotes learning, but it will also create a home environment that is often lost in our older school buildings.

I want my students to walk into my classroom and say "WOW!

this is where I am going to learn this year!"

These materials will really complete our classroom environment and will foster a sense of community and collaboration amongst the many students who will utilize them.
