My Project
My students come to music class full of energy and joy! They learn musical skills while working together to create a sound they are proud of, and prepare their songs for a performance for our community. I enjoy rewarding them for their hard work, and often play musical games in the classroom. This project will help support student accomplishment and joy while making music! We know that creating music can bring many benefits to students dealing with stressors in their lives. Supporting students with rewards designed to alleviate stress will add to their enjoyment at school and engagement in learning.
