Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Kindergarten is a year of learning! We learn how to be a good friend, we learn how to read, we learn how to write...but most of all, we learn how to use the things in our classroom to help us learn.

Wow, that's a lot of learning in one year and we need some basic materials to help us!

Having an almost never-ending supply of glue, crayons, colored pencils, and dry erase markers will make our learning so much easier.

It sounds like materials that are just for fun, and it might look like that when you peek in, but if you look deeper, you will notice that it's all for learning.

We use the dry erase markers for learning that is quick and that doesn't need to last. We use the colored pencils and crayons to add color to learning that needs to last. We use the glue to finish off fine motor activities and crafts that help us make lasting connections between our fingers and our brains.

With your help we can continue learning in a way that will make learning stick!
