Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In a special education classroom content is secondary in learning. My goal is to make my students want to learn even when the material is difficult. I want to make the activities fun and interesting to increase interest and engagement. Therefore, in this project I have included items that will focus on developing student motivation.

Items such as the plinko board, spinners and buzzers will be used to increase gamification within the classroom, so my students won't even realize they are learning.

In addition thr are fidgets will be great to both support student focus as well as to be used as prizes in my bi-weekly participation raffle.
