Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach in a low income are and I have a class of students with many different abilities and learning styles. I have several special education students who need to be able to move around and sit in different places in the room. They need to move around and cant all just sit still in their seats all day. They need to be engaged in order to be motivated to complete their work. Having bright colored papers and supplies help to stimulate them and in turn helps them complete their assignments. Many of my students are also avid readers and like to have a place to sit in the classroom other than their desks to read and be in a quiet space while others are still completing their assigned classwork. Please help me kids my students what they need to succeed!!
