Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are thoughtful, caring, and very creative. They are very eager to learn and come to school every day excited to ask questions and gain knowledge. They might come from tough situations, but they always come to school looking for a safe way to express themselves. They try every day to succeed despite the difficulties they face. They love engaging activities that cause them to think critically.

My Project

All of my students love to be challenged in the classroom! This project will help me find new and exciting resources to keep my students actively engaged in learning. Many teachers around the world are creating resources that make learning fun. Students will benefit by getting activities that challenge them to be creative and think outside the box. Many things bought off the TPT website will be used in their station work to give students choices. By having multiple options for stations students can take charge of their own learning. I want students to feel empowered by choosing work they are confident with and that will challenge them. Students will choose work that fits them best and I will be able to provide students with work that is on their level.
