Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students will be able to individually label their folders, report card covers, pencil boxes, and other materials. They will have the opportunity to choose design to show creativity and demonstrate individuality in labeling their art bags, and water bottles for P.E.

Selecting their own designs will create in them a sense of ownership and encourage them to notice all other design possibilities.

Students will be able to recognize, and easily identify their own materials and containers. Since their items will be unique and reflect their own personalities, it will instill in them a sense of pride and should encourage them to tak good care of their belongings.
