My Students

Our students are a multinational and diverse group.

We are a Title 1 school and have many students from low income households.

Acquiring devices and internet access is a challenge for most families. Many of our students need devices to access their remotes classrooms.

My Project

These materials will be used to help students access remote learning. With these laptops, students will share and create work with their teachers and peers. They will also allow the children to interact with their students via video chat.

Education is not just learning but also socializing.

These laptops will give our low income students an opportunity to interact and share ideas with their peers, which is imperative to learn and grow.

The laptops will provide opportunities for students to take virtual tours of museums, zoos, and aquariums. This will allow our special needs students to visualize what they are learning. We will also utilize them in having meet and greets with scientists.
