Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As another school year closes, come September another one will open. I want to be able to provide materials that will enable my students to be successful in their classes. My students look forward to coming to school and learning each day.

These materials will make an enriched difference in our classroom environment.

New, bright, informational anchor charts will grab their attention. New art materials will enhance learning. Storage bins will preserve the materials that are donated. The laminator will help me keep their handmade projects for their families protected.

Our school-wide goal is to be PRINT RICH. The students need attention-grabbing anchor charts to refer to. The anchor charts will provide a resource for them. I teach Literacy. I like to incorporate art with literacy.

I want them to start off September on the right foot. These students started their educational careers as virtual kindergarteners. They were virtual that entire year. I want them to know third grade will be their best year yet!
