This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Your donation will establish a building lab within our school is not merely an act of generosity; it's an investment in fostering creativity, innovation, and camaraderie among our students. The lab, equipped with essential materials such as clay, sticks, battery packs, tape, paper, and even golf clubs, serves as a hub for imaginative exploration and hands-on learning. With the goal of creating toys and games for recess, this initiative aims to unleash the unique potential of our students, who possess a remarkable blend of curiosity, resilience, and ingenuity.

First and foremost, our students are special because of their boundless imagination and eagerness to explore.

By providing them with a diverse range of materials, from traditional crafting supplies like clay and paper to unconventional items like battery packs and golf clubs, we empower them to think outside the box and transform their ideas into tangible creations. This environment of unrestricted creativity cultivates a sense of ownership and pride in their work, instilling confidence and a willingness to take risks.

In conclusion, by providing them with the tools and resources to unleash their creativity, develop essential skills, and foster a sense of community, we empower them to become resilient, resourceful, and compassionate individuals who will undoubtedly make a positive impact on the world.
