My students are bright, young first graders who enjoy reading. Most of my students belong to the advanced studies group and they have been reading books from my vast classroom library. However, I've been having a hard time with storage! I've been using large Ziploc bags for them to keep their books they'd like to read at their desks but they take up so much room! I tried storing them inside their desks but they make it difficult to find other books. If we had storage pockets on their chairs, they could store their reading books there, giving them space to work and teaching them organization!
