My Project

As a second grade ICT (Integrated Co-Teaching) teacher, I have the incredible privilege of working with students of all abilities, backgrounds, and learning styles. Every day, I see firsthand how capable, curious, and creative they are when given the right support. My students inspire me with their resilience, their kindness, and their willingness to take risks in their learning. I love being part of their growth — helping them not only meet academic goals but also discover confidence, friendships, and a true love of learning.

A welcoming, calming classroom environment is essential for them to thrive.

Research shows that children learn best in spaces that are organized, colorful, and designed to meet their sensory and emotional needs. Flexible seating, calming corners, bright visuals, and functional learning materials all play a critical role in helping students stay engaged, focused, and comfortable. For many of my students, especially those with special learning needs, a thoughtfully prepared classroom can make the difference between frustration and success.
