My Project

When you walk into a classroom you see desks and/or tables, whiteboards, lots of pencils and books. What you don't see is the student in the back struggling to understand a math concept because they can't visualize it. Or the student sitting up front who can't concentration when working independently because there is to much noise and movement going on around them.

With the appropriate tools these students will not only learn but they will excel!

Simple tools such as dry erase place value boards, composition notebooks and wiggly chair feet and make a huge difference in whether or not these children succeed in the classroom. Eye catching math posters allow students something to reference, privacy shields help others concentrate.

We are living in a world full scientific advancements that help teachers understand how to help students learn in ways they benefit the individual. I would like to help my students gain these advantages as well.
