My Project

These materials will be used to design and create interactive, light up, moving art!

Using tiny motors, coin cell batteries, and card stock paper, my students with special needs can explore the world of interactive art in a hands-on and creative way.

The simplicity of these materials allows students to engage with both the artistic and scientific aspects of the project, making it accessible and enjoyable for all skill levels. The tiny motors, which are small enough to fit into paper designs, can be used to create movement within the artwork.

Students can design spinning elements, flapping objects, or even wheels that roll, all powered by the tiny motors. These motions can add a dynamic, interactive quality to static paper crafts, turning a basic design into an engaging, moving piece of art.
