This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My third graders are so happy to get the opportunity to learn; they are satisfied with any learning tool given! Working at a low-income school, I am always trying to think creatively, seeking ideas to motivate my students' learning. The majority are English Language Learners, so I'm focusing on their phonics/writing and getting them the supplies they need for academic growth. They are all bright and unique. They are humble, respectful, and kindhearted, grateful, and motivated, wanting to learn. I know they will be very appreciative of Donors Choose for these much needed supplies.
