Magnetic Tiles for Early Intervention

My Project

Indoor Recess is a challenge for our students in Early Intervention in the winter months due to limited play skills. Magna Tiles will provide our students with additional activities for our students to do the winter months. Magna Tiles are a preferred activity that the students in our classroom are familiar with and play with regularly. The incorporation of large Magna Tiles will work on turn-taking and problem-solving skills. Our Early Intervention students have goals including attention, functional play, and turn-taking. The addition of this material to our classroom would be beneficial to our students' goals.
