Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help give my students laminating pouches and color ink to help create tool kits for at home learning. Students will be able to bring home work to practice reading and writing in English with their families as new immigrants when they are printed in color and laminated for repeated practice.. They can also use magnetic base 10 sets to be able to practice counting by 10s and ones on magnetic boards and on their refrigerators as they show their families how to count in English and in Spanish. It's so important to help students learning in their communities and extend their learning to their families and their communities.
