My Project

I love the hard-working thinkers I share a classroom with! They wow me with their efforts and ideas & motivate me to be a better teacher for them.

Magna-Tiles bring a fun factor to lessons!

These magnetic, colorful shapes will help my students explore and create 2-D and 3-D shapes. 3-D shapes are especially challenging for students! The Magna-Tiles will give them the opportunity to create the shapes in a simple and unique way. These manipulatives will also allow them to "touch" geometry vocabulary, like face, vertices and angle.

We'll use our Magna-Tiles for centers and brain breaks also. Children work hard during the day, and they need opportunities to be creative and play with other children. It's great to just be a kid!
