Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

It is estimated that about 65% of the human population are visual learners, meaning that most of us process information based on what we see. With this project, my students will have the necessary tools to add color to various diagrams and paste them into their interactive science notebooks.

Adding a splash of color to their handouts will make their notes more engaging and increase retention of complex science topics.

Having the ability to color in their worksheets and diagrams will teach my students how to use color to categorize information and identify patterns within rigorous content that they can apply when they enter the workforce or in higher education.
