My Students
Kindergarten students are energetic and spunky little learners! They want to be involved and are curious little people. We see different levels of students as they enter kindergarten.
I have never met a 5-6-year-old who didn't want to tell you and/or show you everything that they know about and love.
Some have experienced daycare, pre-school, or have been at home with a parent prior to attending kindergarten. We love meeting our students where their needs are!
My Project
Help my kindergarten students come to love their time spent at school. Seven hours a day of working, learning and playing can be a long day for 5 and 6 year-olds. Due to all of our indoor restrictions now, it is making it tricky to find fun spots for the children work.
With these soft & thick yoga mats and round colorful floor mats it will make it easier for the children to be comfortable while they learn, play and work all while remaining socially-distant from one another.
Kindergarten is the foundation to beginning a child's school life. This is the year when we want to make learning fun and engaging. These yoga and floor mats will give me the opportunity to provide them with some fun and flexible seating.
