During the day, we like to sit on the floor for many different activities, such as our morning meeting, where we take part in Social Emotional lessons. We also like to be in groups on the floor for read aloud time; small group instruction; or just to read and work in pairs and small groups. Having a nice carpet to sit on would be so helpful.
A carpet for students will help make our classroom homey and comfortable!
There will be room for everyone, and it will be a great area for both whole group and small group instruction time. Having a central meeting zone will make our class feel like an ohana (family) and our learning will soar!
