Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help me educate my students on the Lunar New Year by throwing them a Lunar New Year party! These snacks will be perfect for my students to enjoy while I am teaching them about the Lunar New Year and to have available for students who forget their snack at home.

These wonderful Lunar New Year snacks and prizes will fuel students' brains and provide them with energy and brain power to get through their lessons and power through their 6-hour school day.

In SS in the 6th grade, we study ancient China and Chinese traditions. Having these treats and prizes will encourage and excite the children to learn about this culture.

Kids should never go hungry or have to worry about whether they will have enough food for the day.
