Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are an International Baccalaureate Themed school and many of our students learn Chinese. To celebrate the Lunar New Year, we are going to fill the library with Chinese-themed decorations and activities.

In this project, I am requesting a variety of different types of filament we can use to print charms and other 3D models that celebrate the beauty of China and the Lunar New Year.

By learning about other cultures and traditions, students will learn an appreciation for the beautiful diversity in the world.

This project also encourages STEM and engineering-building skills and the importance of learning about other cultures.
