Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The Lunar New Year is a time of celebration, reflection, and community. Our All School parade is a highlight of the festivities, showcasing not only the vibrant culture of this holiday but also the creativity and spirit of our students. Incorporating trikes into the parade will allow students to participate actively, enhancing their experience and engagement. These trikes can be beautifully decorated to reflect the festive spirit, making our parade more colorful and exciting.

Beyond the parade, these trikes will serve as valuable resources for our students throughout the year.

They will be encouraging exercise and outdoor play, promoting healthy habits among our students, helping younger students develop coordination, balance, and motor skills in a fun and interactive way, and providing an opportunity for students to participate in various school activities, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

By investing in trikes, we not only enhance our Lunar New Year celebrations but also create lasting resources that will benefit our school community for years to come.
