Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are creative, enthusiastic, and innovative learners. They are eager to discover new things and make an impact in our classroom on a daily basis.

They love to discover new things and they work together to motivate one another and make the best out of their day in school.

As their teacher I enjoy watching them grow into creative and intelligent individuals. My goal is to provide them with as many resources to make their education one of a kind.

My Project

These iPads will impact my second-grade students during small group instruction. They can cooperate and work together to research a topic of interest when working on a PLTW or STEM projects. If a student needs extra assistance in a subject area they can use educational websites like iReady to review the skills in a way that is fun and familiar to them. Providing the students with iPads will allow all different learning styles to learn using technology. Many students are not exposed to it at home due to financial difficulties. Having an iPad in our classroom is the way to promote cross-curricular connections with our content.
