Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are centralized in a low socio-economic district. Many of our students have bad hair days that interrupt their days. The items we are requesting for our girls and boys with curly hair, will make a significant difference in their learning by enhancing their self-esteem.
It is one less thing they will have to worry about and also something they can use that is provided many want to buy it, but cannot because they cannot afford it.
By having access to the necessary materials, our young students will be able to focus on schoolwork and not be preoccupied with their looks.
Help me give young girls and boys access to curly hair products to promote their health and well-being among them. Also providing stickers to give them something to keep them in a happy place.
