My Project

I love that my students become so enthusiastic about learning when they are able to use tools that support their work. In this classroom, they learn a wide variety of subjects including reading, writing, math, science, social studies, and the arts. It is so important to keep them motivated throughout the day.

The resources you lovingly provide for my students will help them to enhance their learning, improve their attendance, and inspire them to be creative thinkers.

My goals for this project are to provide students with tools they can use to be successful. For example, they will use the clipboards when taking notes, especially in science class when they are working in groups or walking around the classroom to conduct experiments. They will also enjoy painting on actual canvas boards to support our studies in art history. Additionally, having a tripod set up in the classroom will remind me to capture my students’ presentations throughout the day to share with the school community.

As fifth graders, my students are the oldest at our elementary school, but they are certainly not beyond appreciating the little things, especially small incentives for their hard work and dedication, including in the form of small erasers and small fun toys.
