My Project

Due to Covid, many students were unable to engage with their peers and were unmotivated. I have seen a significant change from the beginning of this year to the present. My students love working in groups and going to the class treasure chest once a week to claim their incentive(s).

Some of the items that were selected will be used to replenish supplies that students exhausted from their own supplies.

Students will have the tools to participate in classroom engagement without worrying about supplies that they don't have or ran out of. Other items are for the classroom treasure chest that is used as an incentive(s) for achievement.

The canvas is for the end-of-the-year art project. At the end of the year, I have the students reflect. They plan and then paint 3 -4 memorable moments of the school year. It's their memorabilia for keepsakes.

The whiteboards and plastic sleeves will be used for student engagement in the classroom. It will be used as an exit slip, formative/summative assessment, as well as review.
