My Students

I love my students and my community! I have amazing students who are driven and always strive to succeed. These students exhibit a wide range of academic skills that demand a variety of ways to enhance their learning.

As a teacher, I try to provide engaging, rigorous, and differentiated activities every day.

These children are growing up in a fast-paced world, and I want them to be prepared to keep up with these demands and acquire 21st-century learning skills.

My Project

It is so exciting to see my second graders take off with their reading skills!

I am trying to build a reading library that is engaging, appealing and relevant for my students.

I moved from kindergarten to 2nd grade this past year and need more chapter books for my students to read! The books I have chosen in this project are early/beginner chapter books. They are perfect for introducing students to books with more words on a page than picture books, but not enough to be overwhelming. Thank you for supporting our classroom!
