This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are well-rounded, driven, hardworking individuals who give without expecting much in return. My beautiful students are very bright, loving, and have a passion for learning but lack the necessary resources needed to be successful in our world today. As a new teacher, I want to provide my students with the ability to learn and grow to their maximum capacity. The learners in my classroom show me every day why I am a teacher. My students are the light of this world and will go on to do amazing things.

My Project

My students are loving, devoted, and beautiful boys and girls who have this unending passion for learning. Their love for reading, researching, and learning about new topics inspires me every day. My students will do amazing things in this world but simply need the resources to do so. The purpose of this project is to be able to provide my students the ability to unlock their potential through the world of the internet and learning through multiple resources. The tablets will be helpful for my students to engage in a variety of learning. This will include doing research, access to online learning resources, and providing new ways for my students to engage in everyday lessons. Students will use the devices in order to perform research projects using powerpoint to meet many NYS standards and excel on state tests. As an educator, I look to give back to the students who give so much to me.
