My Project

I am so excited as the teacher of our precious pre-k students to share this "Love at First Bite" Bakers project request. The specific items that I am requesting will make a huge difference in their hands on engaging, exploring, and learning all about how bread is made? Who works with bread? The various multicultural breads that represent each student in our classroom from their country of origin? Having these items and materials will assist the children in being able to explore and discover and make real life connections through various hands on science, mathematics, social studies, and literacy lessons, activities, experiments, recipes and endless exploring. Each and everyone of our pre-k students shows excitement and willingness to engage in symbolic and pretend play and what better way to help support them in making real life connections through such play with using these materials to scaffold their learning.
