My Students

My students are bold, curious, kind, and fun-loving! They love to read and listen to stories. They challenge themselves to learn and grow.

Many of them are from low-income households and do not have the technology and other resources needed to effectively learn online.

Even so, they continue to thrive and engage any way they can.

For the last 3 months of the 2019-2020 year, we were remote learning over video conferencing, Google Classroom, and several other great digital learning applications. Although we don't know exactly what school will look like this Fall, we suspect it will involve some amount of distance learning.

My Project

My students use technology for learning, whether we are in the classroom (that we miss so much!) or at home. They love to use learning apps and watch educational videos. And now they love connecting with classmates and teachers over digital platforms. Technology has never been so important!

These headphones will provide my students a clean and safe tool to use for remote learning both in and out of the classroom.

Who knows what the future looks like... will we be back in our classrooms, at home, or some combination of both? Either way, headphones allow students to focus on digital learning without distraction and without distracting others.

With these resources, EVERY child will have the tools they need wherever they are.
