My Project

Part of our reading curriculum includes a daily reading lab where students get 30 minutes of independent reading. Every day we chant: No walking. No talking. Just READ, READ, READ! My students look forward to this block and love getting lost in a book series.

Help me Fill Every Shelf of our classroom library!

This project would allow my students to enjoy book series that they don't always have access to outside of school (i.e. Dog Man, Magic Tree House, Goosebumps, Dork Diaries). It also includes graphic novels for struggling readers because they provide pictures and shorter chunks of text.
