This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We’ve only just begun our kindergarten year and have so many more lessons, activities, and learning planned! I’m definitely a planner and want to make sure everything is in order, including the end of the year graduation ceremony. Last year was the school’s first kindergarten promotion performance and it was wonderful!

Being able to provide caps, graduation sashes, and certificates to every child makes our program stand out!

It’s an amazing feeling watching the students grow over the year academically, socially, and emotionally. It’s a blessing to be able to send them off to first grade with a special time to honor them! Of course, end of year goodie bags are essential as well.
